We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from our store. If for any reason you are not happy, we offer a 30-day refund policy from the date of delivery. Please ensure that the item is unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

Customers may choose to collect their purchased items directly, or they may contact me to arrange alternative delivery methods. If you prefer your items to be posted, please add an additional $7.00 to your total for postage and handling expenses. Your items will be dispatched through Australian Post and are expected to reach you within approximately 14-21 days from the day of order.
